★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fujam!!! Compramos um colchão de 3.500 reais porque na loja nos pareceu bom, o colchão de mostruário deles era firme, o tal do Gold, e exclusivo das lojas Castor. O que nos entregaram seria supostamente o mesmo produto mas não é mesmo!!!!
Faltou dizer que uma visita técnica e um oferecimento de troca para o colchão, nesse caso, é só jogo de cena. Não se trata de um produto com defeito mas de um produto que ao ser entregue não condiz com o produto do mostruário. Será por isso que o encontramos com exclusividade só nas lojas Castor?
Run away!!! We bought a mattress for 3,500 reais because it looked good at the store, their showcase mattress was firm, the Gold one, and exclusive to Castor stores. What they delivered to us was supposed to be the same product but it's not!!!!
It goes without saying that a technical visit and an offer to exchange the mattress, in this case, is just a stage game. It is not a defective product, but a product that, when delivered, does not match the product on the showcase. Is that why we find it exclusively at Castor stores?
