★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo.Falta muita transparencia com os clientes , comprei uma casa no JD Primavera com a previsão de entrega para Fevereiro desse ano e nada, a três meses fiz a vistoria , foi aprovada, casa lacrada e até agora nenhuma informação de quando vai ser entregue, quando questiono eles falam que estão no prazo, ou seja, nem te dão a satisfação que merecemos . Poxa é o sonho nosso que esta se tirnando um pesadelo.
I don't recommend it. It lacks a lot of transparency with customers, I bought a house at JD Primavera with the delivery forecast for February of this year and nothing, three months ago I did the inspection, it was approved, house sealed and so far no information on when it will be delivered , when I ask them they say they are on time, that is, they don't even give you the satisfaction we deserve. Wow, it's our dream that is turning into a nightmare.

Enfim insatisfeito com a falta de informação, apenas mensagens prontas, nenhum ser humano responde uma pergunta se quer, mas quando se trata de valores ou taxas ela te liga em segundos.
Falta carinho com o "sonho" que vocês estão vendendo, escrever isso me deixa muito triste, esperava mais da cataguá.

É tanto Marketing para vender, mais depois um descaso total com o cliente.
Compramos um imóvel - JD PRIMAVERA - Limeira/SP - em Fevereiro de 2020, no "evento de lançamento" com a promessa de entrega do imóvel em no máximo 2 anos, e ate o momento estamos aguardando a entrega de nossas chaves.
Um jogo infinito de empurra empurra entre a Construtora, Correspondente da Caixa (Domínio) e a Caixa Econômica Federal, e no final o maior prejudicado somos nós com valores extras e abusivos não relacionados no ato da compra.
Então, recomendo que avaliem bem todos os quesitos antes de fechar negocio.

It's so much Marketing to sell, but then a total disregard for the customer.
We bought a property - JD PRIMAVERA - Limeira / SP - in February 2020, at the "launch event" with the promise of delivering the property in a maximum of 2 years, and so far we are waiting for the delivery of our keys.
An infinite game of push and pull between Construtora, Correspondent Caixa (Domínio) and Caixa Econômica Federal, and in the end the biggest losers are us with extra and abusive values not related to the purchase.
So, I recommend that you evaluate all the questions well before closing the deal.

Garagem nossa no subsolo quando chove alaga por conta de trincas no teto e o pior não é isso, está manchando todos os veículos que ficam embaixo dessas trincas pq cai uma agua com residuo que só sai se raspar. Já pedimos solução a vcs desde novembro e até agora nada. No meu apto esta com trincas nos revestimentos do banheiros e agora na área de serviço. Tenho varios vizinhos que estão com o mesmo problema. Já abrimos vários chamados, vieram umas 3 vezes, nao adiantou estou com mais trincas no banheiro que antes. Tenho vizinhos com vazamentos no apto, qndo vi o vídeo não acreditei. Parede toda molhada embaixo das janelas qndo chove...enfim se for listar os problemas não termino. Só sei que prestam um mal serviço com produtos de péssima qualidade. Uma coisa eu falo, não indico vcs.

We've been asking you for a solution since November and so far nothing. In my apartment there are cracks in the bathroom coatings and now in the service area. I have several neighbors who are having the same problem. We have already opened several calls, they came about 3 times, it didn't help, I have more cracks in the bathroom than before. I have neighbors with leaks in the apartment, when I saw the video I couldn't believe it. Wall all wet under the windows when it rains... anyway if I'm going to list the problems I won't finish. All I know is that they provide bad service with poor quality products. One thing I say, I do not recommend you.

Na compra do Jardim Primavera em Limeira-SP, foram mil promessas, que a previsão era a entrega pra fevereiro de 2022 (Até hoje nada 28/03/2022) disseram que sempre entregam adiantados, resumindo: ilusão total... aí você dá uma baita entrada, depois disso pode esquecer amigo, eles te deixam de lado, uma demora pra assinar contrato com a Caixa, põe a culpa na pandemia, mas os boletos não pararam de vir para nós, então a pandemia só aconteceu para eles, a gente que se vire para pagar. Pós venda, meu Deus é péssimo, falta de informações precisas, ficamos sem saber de nada, só sabem dizer que estão no prazo a adoram um copia e cola nas respostas. Até um robô teria mais calor humano, empatia sabe? Faltou transparência e consideração Cataguá, NÃO RECOMENDO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei a casa na planta com a cataguá em fevereiro de 2020, me enrolaram por 6 meses para assinar contrato o que eu não tenho culpa nenhuma, durante a pandemia disseram que iriam usar outro tipo de material do que foi nos passado no ato da compra e que estava também no decorado porque diziam não encontraram o material que estava em falta, o que também não tenho culpa e todos do empreendimento aceitou sem questionar, em dezembro de 2021 fiz minha vistoria e lacrei a casa, ou seja, minha casa está pronta mas a cada mês minha taxa de obra só sobe, o contato com a cataguá é péssimo, não dão nenhum previsão de entrega e só sabem dizer que eles estão dentro do prazo. O prazo de agosto que assinei com a caixa por culpa deles mesmo de atraso, o lançamento então que foi aonde compramos e tals não serviu de nada.
O bairro já está cheio de mato, as casas todas sujas, parecendo lugar abandonado.
Antes de comprarem um imóvel com eles pensa bem pois para vender são ótimos mas depois não atendem nem o telefone quando vc liga, não passa informações concretas e muito menos se importam com vc, e vai ser uma briga eterna até conseguirem a chave do imóvel.

Before buying a property with them, think carefully because they are great for selling but then they don't even answer the phone when you call, they don't give concrete information and much less care about you, and it will be an eternal fight until they get the property key.
