Fui hoje e pedi para a senhora que me atendeu verificar a vaga 6015630, mas ela disse que não conseguiria olhar, pois vagas com código somente a chefe dela poderia abrir, e segundo ela, a chefe não estaria lá hoje. Estranho isso né? A pessoa do atendimento do Cate não consegue abrir uma vaga e depende do chefe para fazer isso? Além disso, tinha um atendente ao lado dela assistindo vídeo no youtube, sendo que tinha pessoas esperando para serem atendidas. Parece que não tem supervisão, a impressão é que eles fazem o bem entendem.
Achei muita falta de empatia com as pessoas que estão procurando trabalho, a gente gasta tempo e dinheiro com transporte até o Cate e ao chegar somos atendidos dessa forma, e por pessoas que não tem respeito ao próximo nem amor ao trabalho que executam.
