★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja com muitos tecidos, preço razoável, mas os precisa adular os vendedores, e qd questionados da falta de atendimento o vendedor falta da no cliente. Exceto a vendedora Flávia que me atendeu muito bem e com muita gentileza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostava bastante da loja (pela variedade dos produtos), mas hoje me decepcionei bastante com o atendimento. Comprei um produto errado para minha loja e queria fazer a troca, pois o produto estava intocado na embalagem, comprado com menos de 30 dias, e perfeitamente passível de revenda. No entanto, de acordo com o gerente a loja que vende não apenas para consumidores mas também para artesãos e pequenos empreendedores só faz trocas por defeito, algo incomum em Fortaleza. Pois bem, por conta da inflexibilidade comercial a loja perdeu uma cliente não eventual, que sempre fez compras em valores elevados. Hoje essa mesma cliente tinha em mente comprar quantia muito superior ao valor da troca, este valor foi gasto em outros locais. Obrigada, Catedral! Hoje vocês me lembraram que a base de um negócio de sucesso é o relacionamento e o valor agregado de cada um. E vocês perderam valor para mim.
I really liked the store (due to the variety of products), but today I was very disappointed with the service. I bought a wrong product for my store and wanted to exchange it, as the product was untouched in the packaging, purchased less than 30 days ago, and perfectly resaleable. However, according to the manager, the store that sells not only to consumers but also to artisans and small entrepreneurs only makes exchanges by default, something unusual in Fortaleza. Well, because of commercial inflexibility, the store lost a non-eventual customer, who always made purchases at high prices. Today that same customer had in mind to buy an amount much higher than the exchange value, this value was spent elsewhere. Thank you, Cathedral! Today you reminded me that the basis of a successful business is the relationship and the added value of each one. And you lost value to me.
