★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cada viagem feita independente do seu destino,seja de carro próprio, avião ou Ônibus, o mas importante é chegarmos bem.
Esse ano fui para Tabira-Pe, saindo aqui de São Paulo.
Foi a minha primeira viagem na empresa Transcatedral.
1° Pontualidade.
Pediram pra nós chegar às 07hrs no Braz , que sairíamos as 08hrs.
Só saímos às 11:30hrs da manhã.
O pior de tudo é que ninguém dar nenhuma explicação, fica todo mundo no meio da rua sem ter onde sentar.
2° Educação.
Me sentir muito incomodado com a falta de educação de um dos motoristas. Só lembrando que eles andam em dóis motorista, mas um deles era muito mau educado, sem estava reclamando da própria empresa.
Como se ele já não tivesse tanto interesse de está fazendo o que faz.
3° Limpeza.
Também fiquei incomodado com a falta de limpeza nós banheiros, viajamos de São Paulo para Afogados da Ingazeira, e em nem um momento foi feita a limpeza nos banheiros, os próprios motoristas que jogavam desinfetante nós banheiros...mas jogavam no piso sem lavar mesmo.
O que eu posso dizer para a empresa é que todos esses pontos vocês poderiam melhorar, só depende de vocês,vocês tem um preço bem bacana que cabe no bolso de qualquer trabalhador, mas valorize essa classe que tem lhe dado a preferência, olhe para cada um de nós, como seres humanos...
Que em 2022... nós possamos melhorar a cada dia.
Que Deus abençoe a cada funcionário.

This year I went to Tabira-Pe, leaving here from São Paulo.
It was my first trip with the Transcathedral company.
1st Punctuality.
They asked us to arrive at 07:00 in Braz, that we would leave at 08:00.
We only left at 11:30 in the morning.
The worst thing is that no one gives any explanation, everyone is in the middle of the street with nowhere to sit.
2nd Education.
Feeling very annoyed with the lack of education of one of the drivers. Just remembering that they ride with two drivers, but one of them was very rude, without complaining about the company itself.
As if he wasn't already so interested in what he's doing.
3rd Cleaning.
I was also bothered by the lack of cleaning in the bathrooms, we traveled from São Paulo to Afogados da Ingazeira, and at no time was the bathrooms cleaned, the drivers themselves who threw disinfectant in the bathrooms... but they threw it on the floor without washing it anyway .
What I can say to the company is that you could improve all these points, it's just up to you, you have a very nice price that fits in any worker's pocket, but value this class that has given you preference, look at each one of us, as human beings...
That in 2022... we can improve every day.
