★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu carro tem um tanque de 50L. Fui ao posto com um traço de nível de combustível ainda no painel, sem acender luz de reserva. A luz de reserva acende com 5L restantes, então havia ao menos 6 litros no tanque.
Pedi para completar com Grid e parar no automático, e ao final, a bomba contabilizava 49 e alguns décimos de combustível abastecido!
Um dos responsáveis pelo posto veio se justificar aqui nas avaliações, afirmando que essa variação é normal pela distância do tanque até o gargalo/tubulação.
Acontece, caro amigo, que eu solicitei claramente para parar o abastecimento no primeiro clique automático na bomba. É incorreto e perigoso abastecer mais do que a capacidade nominal do tanque, sob risco de danificar componentes como o CÂNISTER. Se a sua bomba 'clicou' apenas com 49, é um problema, pois em nenhum outro posto em mais de 5 anos com o mesmo carro, aconteceu isso. Parar no automático e tem uns 5 ou 6 litros no tanque? Então o clique deveria acontecer por volta dos 43~45.
Agora: meu pedido não foi atendido e vocês abasteceram a mais do que o SEGURO, e vão se responsabilizar por danos no meu veículo? Ou a bomba estava com problemas ou adulterada?
Vou solicitar avaliação do IPEM e da ANP.
My car has a 50L tank. I went to the station with a trace of the fuel level still on the dashboard, without turning on the reserve light. The reserve light comes on with 5L remaining, so there was at least 6 liters in the tank.
I asked to complete with Grid and stop on automatic, and in the end, the pump had 49 and a few tenths of fuel filled!
One of those responsible for the station came to justify himself here in the assessments, stating that this variation is normal due to the distance from the tank to the neck/pipe.
It so happens, dear friend, that I have clearly requested to stop filling at the first automatic click on the pump. It is incorrect and dangerous to fill more than the tank's rated capacity, at the risk of damaging components such as the CANISTER. If your pump 'clicked' only with 49, it's a problem, because in no other gas station in more than 5 years with the same car, this has happened. Stop on automatic and have about 5 or 6 liters in the tank? So the click should happen around 43~45.
Now: my order was not granted and you filled more than the INSURANCE, and will you be responsible for damages to my vehicle? Or was the bomb faulty or tampered with?
I will request an assessment from IPEM and ANP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente a bastante tempo nunca tinha tido problema, mas infelizmente ultimamente tenho sido pessimamente atendido pelos frentistas.
Geralmente quando preciso abastecer por volta das 14hs e preciso da nota fiscal paulista, (acho que é troca de turno) estão com pressa de ir embora e atendem com uma má vontade impressionante com raiva de ter que emitir a nota.
E hj fui dar uma ducha no carro estava com um vale vencido a 5 dias do mês de setembro e pedi com toda educação se podiam trocar (sendo que no próprio vale está escrito que realizam a troca desde que não esteja vencida a mais de 30 dias). E o frentista se recusou, diendo que não trocaria, pra eu jogar o vale no lixo, eu li o que estava escrito no vale e o frentista ficou discutindo. Dizendo pra eu pegar o vale só quando fosse lavar o carro no mesmo dia.
Então simplesmente vou parar de abastecer no posto, se tratam os clientes fiéis dessa maneira, é pq não fazem questão de terem clientes. Quem sabe estão querendo trabalhar menos. Uma hora cai o faturamento e serão demitidos aí talvez se lembrem que o cliente é essencial para continuarem empregados.

I've been a customer for a long time and had never had a problem, but unfortunately lately I've been poorly attended to by the gas station attendants.
Usually when I need gas around 2 pm and I need the São Paulo invoice, (I think it's a change of shift) they are in a hurry to leave and meet with an impressive grudging and angry at having to issue the invoice.
And today I went to take a shower in the car, I had a voucher expired 5 days in September and I asked politely if they could exchange (and in the voucher itself it is written that they do the exchange as long as it is not expired for more than 30 days ). And the attendant refused, saying he wouldn't change it, so I could throw the voucher in the trash, I read what was written in the voucher and the attendant was arguing. Telling me to take the voucher only when I was going to wash my car the same day.
So I'm just going to stop filling up at the gas station, if they treat loyal customers that way, it's because they don't care about having customers. Maybe they want to work less. One hour the billing drops and they will be fired then perhaps they will remember that the customer is essential to remain employed.
Unfortunate.

Às 19 horas fui abastecer e este posto seguiu a prática desonesta, classificada como abusiva pelo Procon SP, de aumentar o preço dos conbustíveis às vesperas do aumento anunciado pela Petrobrás. O aumento valeria na refinaria a partir do dia 11 de Março, mas o posto já aumentou o preço do combustível que tinha nos tanques no dia 10. Abasteci em um concorrente honesto que não havia cometidoesta prática abusiva nas proximidades, e lá passarei a abastecer sempre. E já denunciei o Auto Posto Catequese ao Procon SP
