Comprei rosca externa, era pra ser rosca interna.
O responsável pela loja de Itaboraí RJ, informou que o mesmo não pode ser trocado, pq eu não tinha mais a embalagem, mesmo sendo que o produto estava intacto.
Achei um absurdo...
