★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me arrependi muito de ter levado meu carro (novo uno way 2011) confiei pois foi indicação de uma oficina que levo o carro, mas devolveram o carro sem conserto, tive que voltar em menos de 1 mês e ele fez outro reparo e ainda me cobrou sem ter passado orçamento e até então deveria estar na garantia, achei muita falta de responsabilidade me devolver o carro com metade do serviço feito e depois deu voltar além de me cobrar mais, 2 meses depois o ar do carro ainda não funciona depois de ter desenbolçado mais de 500 reais e tempo sem carro. Agora levei em outro local porque não tenho coragem de deixar eles mexerem novamente. E o outro local vai fazer o mesmo reparo (trocando a mangueira por uma nova) coisa que o Cavalinho disse que ia havia feito e estava resolvido. BEM FRACO! Ainda vou atrás dos meus direitos (recebi nota fiscal de serviços que não foram realizados, se não não estaria pagando para ser feito de novo).

And the other place will do the same repair (replacing the hose for a new one) that Cavalinho said he was going to do and was resolved. WELL WEAK! I still go after my rights (I received an invoice for services that were not performed, otherwise I would not be paying to be done again).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, sem conhecimento técnico, fez um orçamento e na hora de pegar o carro ficou 212,50% mais caro em relação ao valor combinado, o problema não foi solucionado continuou a mesma coisa que estava, e quando abrir o capo do carro para verificar a peça que foi substituída para minha surpresa a peça era usada, e a mesma além de ser usada era de sistema de arrefecimento de água, e a correta seria de óleo solvente. Fica aqui relatos de minha insatisfação com essa "empresa".
