Ia na academia 1 mês, parava e depois voltava, mas nunca fiquei por muito tempo, sempre curtos periodos, ia só por ir, mas sem vontade alguma. No crossfit eu encontrei a paixão pela atividade física, tenho alegria de ir e o dia que não dá pra ir, parece que faltou algo no meu dia. Mas essa paixão além de ser pelo esporte, é pelo Box. A Caverna com certeza é a melhor de GV, a gente se sente tão bem e somos tão bem tratados desde o primeiro dia, aquele que vc vê o povo todo pegando pesos que vc pensa nunca ser capaz rs. Mas o coach te faz sempre ir além e quando você menos espera, já supera as proprias expectativas. É como se fosse uma família!! Eu amooooo esse lugar e esse esporte!!!
I have struggled for years to maintain a life with physical activity. I went to the gym for 1 month, stopped and then came back, but I never stayed for long, always for short periods, I just went to go, but without any will. At the crossfit I found the passion for physical activity, I have the joy of going and the day I can't go, it seems that something was missing from my day. But this passion, besides being for the sport, is for the Box. The Cave is certainly the best in GV, we feel so good and we are treated so well from the first day, the one that you see the whole people taking weights that you think never be able rs. But the coach always makes you go further and when you least expect it, it already exceeds your expectations. It's like a family !! I love this place and this sport !!!
