★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Gruta é um lugar impressionante. A trilha é tranquila, mas com passagem por dentro da gruta onde é um pouco escuro e tem que passar por cima de um caminho de pedras. O rapel lá é adrenalina pura, em sua maioria descemos em negativo. Com uma vista incrível.
Um lugar que certamente vale a pena conhecer.
 The Grotto is an impressive place. The trail is quiet, but with passage inside the cave where it is a little dark and you have to go over a stone path. The rappel there is pure adrenaline, mostly we go down in negative. With an incredible view.
A place that is certainly worth visiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não achei o acesso fácil de chegar sem um guia, não tem nenhuma placa de que mostre o caminho. Fui com uma amiga que já conhecia o caminho, por isso me arrisquei.
Mas valeu super, uma experiência ótima, como foi minha primeira trilha oficial eu amei.
A primeira gruta é extremamente escura, melhor o uso de uma lanterna, porém o telefone ajuda, alguns morcegos residem por lá, da um medindo quando eles começam a voar, só que são inofensivos.
Todas as grutas tem uma beleza incrível amei a experiência.
I did not find the access easy to reach without a guide, there is no sign showing the way. I went with a friend who already knew the way, so I took a chance.
But it was super, a great experience, as it was my first official track I loved.
The first cave is extremely dark, better to use a flashlight, but the phone helps, some bats live there, measuring one when they start to fly, only they are harmless.
All the caves have incredible beauty I loved the experience.

Porém tem uma placa de uma mineradora local dizendo ser lugar restrito, mas no geral as pessoas ignoram e vão.
Situado próximo a rodoviária e com fácil acesso ao lado de uma igreja católica, seguindo a frente já existem placas de Prefeitura indicando o caminho. Tem uma bela vista de inoã, Itaipuaçu. Da para fazer caminhadas e lá no topo tem acesso para são Gonçalo, onde existe caminho para motocross.

But there's a sign from a local mining company saying it's a restricted place, but in general people ignore it and go.
Located next to the bus station and with easy access next to a Catholic church, following the front there are already City Hall signs indicating the way. It has a beautiful view of inoã, Itaipuaçu. You can go hiking and at the top you have access to São Gonçalo, where there is a path for motocross.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma experiência incrível. Pra quem gosta de trilhas, caminhadas, aventuras. Local de fácil acesso, com alguns pontos íngremes e um pouco escorregadios. Durante o percurso, encontramos marcações vermelhas nas árvores indicando o caminho. Vale muito a pena conhecer.
An amazing experience. For those who like trails, hiking, adventures. Easily accessible location, with some steep and slippery points. Along the way, we found red markings on the trees indicating the way. It's really worth getting to know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito legal o lugar. Pena que é abandonado pelo Poder Público.
Partindo de Santa Isabel, caminha-se por cerca de 30 minutos até o início da subida. Daí mais cerca de 1h de subida e umas poucas descidas. Mas a trilha é boa.
Aviso! não há qualquer apoio logístico no percurso (água, lanches....). Também não há qualquer apoio de segurança. Não há sinal de celular na maior parte do percurso.
Portanto jamais vá só.
Mas o lugar é muito bonito e, durante a caminhada, apresenta pontos de vista fabulosos.
Vale muito à pena.
Vá em grupo e tenha um guia que conheça o local.
Very nice place. Too bad it is abandoned by the Public Power.
Departing from Santa Isabel, walk for about 30 minutes until the beginning of the climb. Then about 1h more uphill and a few descents. But the trail is good.
Warning! there is no logistical support on the route (water, snacks...). There is also no security support. There is no cell signal for most of the journey.
So never go alone.
But the place is very beautiful and, while walking, it has fabulous views.
It's very worth it.
Go in a group and have a guide who knows the place.
