Alvo de investigação no “escândalo do lixo” aqui em Alagoas, a empresa Viva Ambiental será vendida para a Estre Ambiental, maior empresa de saneamento do Brasil, do paulista Wilson Quintella Filho.
Com faturamento anual de aproximadamente R$ 150 milhões, a Viva Ambiental atua também na Bahia e se prepara para assumir projetos no Ceará e Piauí.
Segundo o jornal Valor, Estre e Viva conversam desde o ano passado. Com a aquisição – os valores ainda não foram divulgados -, a companhia paulista inicia o processo de expansão para a região Nordeste.
Criado em Paulínia (SP), o Grupo Estre é o maior do país em gestão ambiental com o processamento de 14 milhões de toneladas de lixo por ano. Em 2011, a receita líquida foi de R$ 394 milhões em 2011.
Aqui em Alagoas, a Viva Ambiental tornou-se famosa não pelos serviços na coleta de lixo, mas, sim por ser apontada como uma das empresas beneficiadas num esquema que pode ter desviado milhões dos cofres da prefeitura de Maceió.
A Viva Ambiental e a Limpel, segundo o Ministério Público Estadual, foram beneficiadas na licitação milionária num edital manipulado para que as duas vencessem a concorrência.
O MP já pediu à Justiça que impeça a prorrogação do contrato com as duas empresas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olá estou entrando em contato com a empresa CAVO, pois meu Tio Agostinho José Ferreira Junior, que trabalha dentro da empresa CAVO na portaria foi atropelado no dia 15/06/19 pelo caminhão de lixo da CAVO saneamento e coleta de lixo. Hoje quase completando 2 meses do acidente, não recebemos nenhum auxilio da empresa, ele esta de cadeira de rodas, por que quebrou tornozelo, quadril, osso sacral, durante o período de internação, foram 4 cirurgias no total. O mesmo ficou internado no Hospital Geral de Pirajussara. Depois de 2 dias o jornal de cidade publicou uma matéria sobre o atropelamento. Liguei hoje na empresa falei com a Funcionária Marta do Departamento de pessoal, que nos orientou a realizar a queixo por que o meu tio trabalha dentro da CAVO mais por uma empresa terceirizada, só que foi o caminhão da empresa CAVO que atropelou o meu tio. 2 meses depois do acidente ele continua precisando de ajuda pra ir até no banheiro, usando cadeira de rodas. A empresa CAVO paga o documento do caminhão, acho que no minimo a empresa CAVO deveria liberar o DPVAT para o meu tio. Provavelmente ele ficará com sequelas e nunca mais irá andar do jeito que andava. Acho um absurdo do RH da empresa CAVO de Taboão da serra dizer que não tem nada a ver com o acidente, sendo que foi o caminhão da CAVO que atropelou ele. Estou encaminhando evidência do que realmente aconteceu com ele, saiu ate no jornal.

I called today at the company I spoke to the Marta Personnel Department employee, who directed us to chin because my uncle works inside CAVO more for an outsourced company, only it was the CAVO company truck that ran over my uncle. 2 months after the accident he still needs help getting to the bathroom using a wheelchair. CAVO pays for the truck document, I think at a minimum CAVO should release DPVAT to my uncle. He will probably have sequels and will never walk the way he was. I think it is absurd of the CAVO HR company Taboão da serra to say that it has nothing to do with the accident, and it was the CAVO truck that hit him. I'm forwarding evidence of what really happened to him, even in the newspaper.
