★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar para se comprar, fiz a compra de um pneu nesta loja e com menos de um mês o pneu apresentou rachaduras... Tentei por inúmeras vezes fazer a troca do pneu indo até o local e não obtive sucesso. Já abri uma denuncia no Procon. Não recomendo de forma alguma essa loja!
 Bad place to buy, I bought a tire at this store and with less than a month the tire showed cracks ... I tried countless times to change the tire by going to the place and I was unsuccessful. I have already opened a complaint at Procon. I do not recommend this store at all!

Tive que pagar coisas que não estavam no orçamento inicial e ele nem fez questão de assumir a falha e falta de comunicação entre os funcionários.
Os preços dos serviços e produtos deveriam ser tabelados de maneira a demonstrar maior transparência. Deveríamos receber algum tipo de recibo também.
Aceitam cartão de crédito, mas só dividem o valor a partir de R$ 100,00 e em apenas 2x (!!!!).
Mechanics are acceptable, but the owner definitely doesn't know how to serve the customer well.
I had to pay for things that were not in the initial budget and he did not even insist on assuming the failure and lack of communication between the employees.
The prices of services and products should be priced in order to demonstrate greater transparency. We should get some kind of receipt as well.
They accept credit cards, but only share the amount from R $ 100.00 and only 2x (!!!!).

4 stars as this store doesn't have much option for the cyclist. It sells bikes, parts, but there is no clothing... The service is kind of nice.
