Achei ruim no sentido do descaso com o cliente, fiquei 2 horas dentro da loja com o vendedor me atendendo aos poucos juntos com outros clientes. O vendedor sumia sem dar satisfação, a loja cheia com poucos pessoas para atender é uma sala cheia de funcionários em frente ao computador. Notasse que falta treinamento, gerência, e consultoria para melhorar o atendimento. Não volto nunca mais...
The price is good, but the service is so bad it does not make the price of the products. I found it bad in the sense of the neglect with the customer, I stayed 2 hours inside the store with the seller, attending to the few together with other clients. The salesman disappears without giving satisfaction, the store filled with few people to meet is a room full of employees in front of the computer. Note that there is lack of training, management, and consulting to improve service. I will not be back any more ...
