★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei a manhã toda (7:00 às 14:00) na clinica pra fazer a audiometria (meus dados estavam errados: como função e o tipo de exame, se eu não leio o que estava assinando iria sair com os dados errado), exame clinico, muita demora, os exames de sangue, psicólogo e radiografia são em outro lugar, diz a clinica que tem motorista pra levar, mas fui com meios próprios. Mandei e-mail com os dados da empresa para fazer o faturamento e me responderam que poderia ser faturado os exames, porém quando fui pegar os exames a secretária me informou que não iria faturar, alegando que não havia garantia (trabalho em um multinacional, e tem a ficha cadastral limpa) o ASO pedi com uma particularidade, que informei para a secretaria logo que cheguei à clinica e mandei o modelo por e-mail, quando fui buscar o ASO estava errado, pedi pra consertar e a secretaria falou que não poderia fazer por alguns motivos sem sentido e teria que pagar outra bateria de exame novamente, com muita explicação ela aceitou fazer o papel, porém cobrou R$30 para imprimir outro papel, e se zangou quando eu pedi nota fiscal do pagamento que efetue .... fiz os exames dia 20/01/2021 e até hoje 29/01/2021 não me entregaram o ASO.... clinica sem respeito com as pessoas ... NÃO RECOMENDO PARA NINGUÉM
I stayed all morning (7:00 am to 2:00 pm) at the clinic to do the audiometry (my data was wrong: as function and type of exam, if I don't read what I was signing I would leave with the wrong data), exam clinic, a lot of delay, blood tests, psychologist and radiography are elsewhere, says the clinic that has a driver to take, but I went with my own means. I sent an email with the company data to make the billing and they answered that the exams could be billed, but when I went to get the exams, the secretary informed me that I would not bill, claiming that there was no guarantee (work in a multinational, and the registration form is clean) ASO asked with a particularity, that I informed the secretary as soon as I arrived at the clinic and sent the model by e-mail, when I went to get the ASO it was wrong, I asked to fix it and the secretary said I couldn't do it for some senseless reasons and would have to pay another battery of exams again, with a lot of explanation she accepted to do the paper, but she charged R $ 30 to print another paper, and she was angry when I asked for the invoice of the payment to be made .... I did the exams on 1/20/2021 and even today 1/29/2021 I haven't been given the ASO .... clinic without respect for people ... I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito demorado. Exames que fiz em outras clínicas, demoraram em média 25/50min... Aqui mais de 2h entre fazer a ficha e aguardar pra ser chamado... Muita morosidade.
Very long service. Exams that I did in other clinics, took an average of 25 / 50min ... Here more than 2h between taking the form and waiting to be called ... A lot of delay.
