★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Cheguei fiquei esperando no balcão, tem 5 funcionários trabalhando.. 1 deles chegou ao meu lado ,não se deu nem o trabalho de dar boa tarde. Estou aqui a quase 30 minutos e ninguém nem sabe ao menos o que eu quero. Esperonque o trabalho seja diferente, pra melhor pq o atendimento até agora está horrível.
Terrible attendance. I arrived I was waiting at the counter, there are 5 employees working .. 1 of them arrived at my side, it didn't even bother to say good afternoon. I've been here for almost 30 minutes and no one even knows what I want. Esperonque the work is different, for better because the service so far is horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim. Me fizeram ir duas vezes no local e ainda não obtive o certificado. Na primeira vez, disseram ao telefone que podia ir e que não sendo necessário o agendamento, quando cheguei lá, modificaram a informação e dizendo que seria necessário o atendimento com hora marcada, mesmo tendo 4 funcionários sem atender ninguém. Então, marquei para o outro dia. Fui lá com o horário marcado para 11h30min, a atendente me pediu pra aguardar e somente depois de 15 minutos de espera foi que ela avisou que a moça responsável pelo atendimento tinha saído para o almoço. Desconsideram o tempo e o deslocamento do cliente.
Não aconselho o serviço desta empresa.
Bad service. They made me go there twice and I still haven't got the certificate. The first time, they said on the phone that I could go and that it was not necessary to make an appointment, when I got there, they changed the information and said that it would be necessary to have an appointment, even though there were 4 employees without attending anyone. So I booked for the other day. I went there with the time set for 11:30 am, the attendant asked me to wait and only after 15 minutes of waiting did she tell me that the lady responsible for the service had left for lunch. They do not consider the customer's time and displacement.
I do not recommend the service of this company.
