★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pós venda mediocre, cheguei a mandar mensagem e ir pessoalmente. Só queria a manutenção 1 das 5 janelas que fiz com eles instalação de mais 2 novas.
Nada foi resolvido!
Não recomendo.
Mediocre after sales, I even sent a message and went in person. I just wanted to maintain 1 of the 5 windows that I installed with them, plus 2 new ones.
Nothing has been resolved!
I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. O dono da empresa é grosseiro. Eles mandam proposta diferente dos projetos e entregam produtos similares e não da marca sugerida pelo cliente. Tomem muito cuidado!
Terrible attendance. The business owner is rude. They send different proposals of the projects and deliver similar products and not the brand suggested by the customer. Be very careful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabalho muito bom, acessórios de qualidade, preço acessível, porém até se conseguir a esperada instalação é um parto, pois foi desmarcada 1x e fui eu que entrei em contato, pois não se importam e na data marcada, conseguiram atrasar 6h. Quem tiver paciência para enrolação e disponibilidade de tempo para aguardar, vá em frente. Atendimento ao cliente péssimo, descumprimento e desrespeito aos prazos acordados.
Very good work, quality accessories, affordable price, but until you get the expected installation it is a labor, as it was cleared 1x and I was the one who got in touch, because they don't care and on the scheduled date, they managed to delay 6h. Whoever has the patience for trouble and the availability of time to wait, go ahead. Poor customer service, noncompliance and disregard for the agreed deadlines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito cuidado com essa empresa, liguei la pra fazer um orçamento e falei com o Sr Luciano, apos o contato ele e o Sr Fernando me procuraram e falaram q podiam fazer o serviço mais barato, apos o serviço descobri que eles, Srs Luciano e Fernando, pegam clientes por fora e nem passa pela empresa. E assim fiquei sem nota de serviço e sem a agarantia, eu acreditei q o serviço era da empresa e no fim não era.
Very careful with this company, I called them to make a quote and spoke with Mr Luciano, after contacting him and Mr Fernando they looked for me and told me they could do the service cheaper, after the service I found out that they, Messrs Luciano and Fernando , they pick up customers from the outside and don't even go through the company. And so I had no service note and no guarantee, I believed that the service was from the company and in the end it wasn't.
