1)Embalagem: Gente, muito bom. Estava preocupada da embalagem ser frágil e quebrar meus sabonetes, porque não pedi para presente, mas envolveram meus produtos com uma boa embalagem. Sugestão para ficar ainda melhor: Vocês poderiam colocar algum enchimento para impedir o atrito do produto com a embalagem por dentro. ?
4)Recibo: Veio com o produto. ?
Foi minha primeira compra e fiquei muito satisfeita. Veio até antes do prazo.

I made a purchase through the Natura application and my products arrived from here. I would like to say that:
1) Packaging: Guys, very good. I was worried about the packaging being fragile and breaking my soaps, because I didn't ask for a gift, but they wrapped my products with good packaging. Suggestion to get even better: You could put some filler to prevent the product from rubbing with the packaging inside. ?
4) Receipt: It came with the product. ?
It was my first purchase and I was very satisfied. It came even before the deadline.
