Faltam delicadeza,bom senso
E as condições de estrutura num sol de 40 graus chega a ser humilhantes
Não possível simpatizar com um atendimento destes.
Como cidadão e formador de opinião fou nota zero.
Comportamentos como estes levam uma empresa ao fracasso.
Falência.
Humilhar pessoas na sua prestação de serviço e algo destrutivo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estrutura excelente, grande fluxo de mercadorias tanto da mercearia, quanto do FLV. Muito organizado, limpo e bem administrado. Tudo segue uma sincronia impressionante, funcionamento pleno de ponta a ponta. Parabéns a toda equipe, em especial ao Gerente Celso Oliveira e a Analista de RH Aline, que nos receberam tão bem e passaram todas informações necessárias para a compreensão de todo processo do CD. Ao Gerente Jr. Élcio que nos integrou a equipe do recebimento, sorter, expedição, pulmão e picking de bebidas. Ao Érico, com quem passamos a maior parte do tempo, e nos foi detalhado vários processos do recebimento e sorter. A Erika Matos que ficou com a equipe de prevenção de perdas. Ao Marcos Adriano que nos passou o processo de inspeção de qualidade no FLV e ao Yuri que foi o responsável por nos informar dos processos do Picking de bebidas quentes. Entre outros muitos que tivemos contato neste dia de treinamento para inauguração da Loja 50.
Tenho certeza que tudo que foi dito acima será multiplicado para toda equipe do Centro de Distribuição de Ribeirão Preto como forma de agradecimento. E que todo conhecimento que foi adquirido por nós será também multiplicado em todas lojas de Franca e principalmente na Loja 50.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descaso total dos funcionários parece que agente precisa se humilhar pra poderem receber um entrega passei dois dias largado do lado de fora !! não entendo como conseguem serem Tam indiferente com motorista somo seres humanos como vcs temos família assim como vcs temos necessidades iguais as d vcs!! Espero que um dia Vcs consigam enxergar qual importante p vcs é um motorista!!
Total disregard by the employees, it seems that the agent needs to humiliate himself in order to receive a delivery. I spent two days left outside !! I don't understand how you can be so indifferent to drivers. I hope that one day you can see how important a driver is to you!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal atende super bem. Ponto negativo as carretas tem que ficar na rua. Não tem banheiro feminino, nem chuveiro. As vezes o motorista passa a noite ou o dia inteiro viajando e nem tem nem como banhar.
Staff is very good. Negative point the carts have to stay on the street. There is no women's bathroom or shower. Sometimes the driver spends the night or the whole day traveling and doesn't even have a way to bathe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma empresa desse porte não tem gerência para arrumar um banheiro com chuveiro para seus fornecedores até quando o Brasil vai desmerecer a classe que leva os mantimentos para os seus filhos?já que não dá suporte para os motoristas então que contrate mais funcionários para agilizar as descargas e a liberação agora os carreteiro chegan as 5 da manhã e sair as 17 18 horas sem poder tomar um banho aí e cruel sem contar os que dormem no meio da rua sem tomar banho fica aqui minha indignação!!!
A company of this size doesn't have the management to fix a bathroom with shower for its suppliers until when will Brazil discredit the class that takes groceries to its children? and the release, now the truckers arrive at 5 am and leave at 5 pm and 6 pm without being able to take a shower there and cruel, not to mention those who sleep in the middle of the street without taking a shower, here is my indignation!!!
