Minha compra deu como entregue 4 dias antes de realmente chegar, tentei contato com a transportadora de todos os jeitos (e-mail, telefone, redes sociais) e nenhum atendimento da transportadora, entrei em conflito com a loja da minha compra para dizer que não tinha recebido e após 4 dias a compra chegou!
Achei um absurdo, como podem colocar como entregue fazer o cliente ter todo esse tipo de trabalho para dias depois a compra chegar, e além disso, não tem um respaldo para o cliente em caso de dúvidas!
Pelo amor de Deus, espero não depender dessa transportadora nunca mais!!!
Horrible logistics job!!
My purchase was delivered 4 days before it actually arrived, I tried to contact the carrier in every way (email, phone, social networks) and no service from the carrier, I conflicted with the store of my purchase to say no I had received it and after 4 days the purchase arrived!
I thought it was absurd, how can you put it as delivered to make the customer have all this kind of work for days after the purchase arrives, and besides, there's no support for the customer in case of doubts!
For the love of God, I hope I don't depend on this carrier ever again!!!
