★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não respeitam o horário dos exames agendados. Deixam o paciente esperando sem avisar com antecedência. Esperei mais de 3 horas.
Ponto positivo: Ambiente limpo e funcionários cordiais.
 They do not respect the schedule of scheduled exams. They leave the patient waiting without giving notice in advance. Waited more than 3 hours.
Positive: Clean environment and friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na recepção (guichê 1 = recepção mal humarada, um bom dia bem seco), atendimento exame de sangue (achei a moça insegura), exame para colocar holter (demorado), pré atendimento ok. Limpeza ok! Mas NÃO superou minhas expectativas.
The attendance at the reception (window 1 = bad reception, a good dry day), attendance blood test (I found the girl insecure), exam to put holter (long), pre attendance ok. Cleanliness ok! But it did NOT exceed my expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nesta unidade CDB - Ana Rosa, fomos muito bem atendidos pela equipe médica e demais funcionários.
Fizemos exames, particular ou com plano de saúde e fomos muito bem atendidos.
Os médicos educados e entendendo as dificuldades dos pacientes. Os exames foram agendados e a equipe atendeu rigorosamente dentro dos horários estabelecidos.
Os resultados estavam prontos também, rápidos e dentro do prazo informado.
A localização do laboratório é muito boa, pois está muito próxima da estação metrô ANA ROSA, da linha Verde.
In this CDB - Ana Rosa unit, we were very well attended by the medical team and other staff.
We took exams, private or with health insurance and were very well attended.
The doctors educated and understanding the difficulties of the patients. The exams were scheduled and the team attended strictly within the established times.
The results were ready too, fast and on time.
The location of the laboratory is very good, as it is very close to the ANA ROSA subway station, the Green line.

Estava com meu amigo ele se levantou e veio até meu lado perguntar se estava tudo bem...
Eu estava somente com meu documento e com a foto da carteirinha no meu celular , perguntei se ela poderia ligar no convênio...
Ficou nervosa e gritando falou liga vc ...
Trabalho com público e temos q ter modos de falar com os clientes...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fui muito bem atendido, desde a recepção até na hora do exame e indico pra quem precisar fazer o exame de tomografia e ressonância magnética. Foram muito cordiais comigo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer o teste de Covid e me surpreendi com o quanto foi rápido. Cheguei e já chamaram a senha para abrir a ficha. Logo depois já chamaram meu nome e o exame não demorou nem 5 minutos! Muito rápido!!! A única coisa ruim desse lugar é o valet: 1 só funcionário para cadastrar a placa, receber o carro, levar no estacionamento e buscar. Ou seja: o tempo que você economiza lá dentro, vai gastar esperando o carro. Então, fica a dica: pare o carro em outro lugar! ?
I went for the Covid test and was surprised at how fast it was. I arrived and they already called the password to open the file. Soon after, my name was called and the exam didn't take even 5 minutes! Very fast!!! The only bad thing about this place is the valet: 1 employee only to register the license plate, receive the car, take it to the parking lot and pick it up. In other words: the time you save inside, you will spend waiting for the car. So, here's the tip: stop the car somewhere else! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui realizar o teste do Covid 19 e foi super rápido.
Liguei para agendar de manhã e logo havia vaga e marquei para logo cedo no Drive Thru, mas depois lembrei que era meu rodízio, liguei novamente e prontamente consegui trocar para realizar o exame dentro da unidade, que foi a da Ana Rosa.
Localização boa, duas quadras do Metrô Ana Rosa; chegando la a moça te atende, te da a ficha e te encaminha para a ala do Covid, os processos até o término da coleta, levaram uns 15 minutos.
Talvez seja porque era bem cedo, estava bem vazio, todos os atendentes, até os seguranças foram super educados e atenciosos, estão de parabéns.
Resultado online, super prático.

I called to schedule in the morning and soon there was a vacancy and I made an appointment for early at the Drive Thru, but then I remembered that it was my rotation, I called again and promptly managed to change to perform the exam inside the unit, which was Ana Rosa's.
Good location, two blocks from the Ana Rosa Metro; When you get there, the girl answers you, gives you the form and sends you to the Covid wing, the processes until the end of the collection took about 15 minutes.
Maybe it's because it was very early, it was pretty empty, all the attendants, even the security guards were super polite and attentive, congratulations.
Online result, super practical.
