★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de considereção com o cliente. Minha encomenda se encontra no depósito desde de Segunda e eu fiz 2 tentativa de pegá-la, na quarta e na quinta. Em ambos os dias o atendente me deu a mesma deculpa, ela estava em um malote fechado e só os carteiros poderiam abrir. Correios é uma piada, sua encomenda está lá parada mas você não pode pegar porque ela está em uma caixa fechada. Já é sexta feira e a empresa nem atualizou o status de minha correspondecia. É parte da politica da empresa fornencer um serviço porco desse?
Lack of consideration for the customer. My order has been in the warehouse since Monday and I made 2 attempts to pick it up, on Wednesday and Thursday. On both days the clerk gave me the same blame, she was in a closed pouch and only the postmen could open it. Post office is a joke, your order is standing there but you can't pick it up because it is in a closed box. It is already Friday and the company has not even updated the status of my correspondence. Is it part of the company's policy to provide such a hog service?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem que molhar mais. Minha encomenda saiu de Goiânia dia 07/07/2021 e já deve ter chegado nos correios daqui de Araguaína e até hoje não saiu para a entrega hoje já é 13/07. Estão muito devagar, tem que colocar mais pessoas pra trabalhar para agilizar o serviço.
