O horário de atendimento é das 9 às 16h.
Fui bem atendido por uma funcionária trabalhando, a única pessoa no horário da tarde, o que leva a crer o que o atraso na entregas seja por falta de quem faça a separação e o encaminhamento dos pacotes.
É preciso que os dirigentes enxerguem a necessidade de dar maior eficiência aos processos, pois desse jeito, será um dos motivos para a extinção dos correios...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não entregam as encomendas dos meus clientes, "fazem as 3 tentativas" de entrega e dizem que o carteiro não foi atendido. Horrível, não consigo nem falar com alguém pelo telefone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo!!!! Mandaram minha encomenda de volta mesmo com nome, CEP e número da casa corretos, nem tentaram entregar uma segunda vez, muito menos deixaram no CDD para que eu pudesse retirar.
Terrible!!!! They sent my order back even with the correct name, zip code and house number, they didn't even try to deliver it a second time, much less left it in the CDD so I could pick it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou chocado com tanto comentário negativo sobre essa Agência CDD Jabaquara, já da para ver a insatisfação das pessoas com tanto incompetência e falta de profissionalismo, tbm estou com uma encomenda nessa unidade e já liguei várias vezes e não atendem o telefone, já estou até comendo de não receber minha entrega, melhor pedir o resssacimento.
I'm shocked by so many negative comments about this CDD Jabaquara Agency, you can already see the dissatisfaction of people with so much incompetence and lack of professionalism, I also have an order in this unit and I've called several times and they don't answer the phone, I'm even eating of not receiving my delivery, better ask for a refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei retirar hoje uma encomenda que voltou a este CDD, e foi bem tranquilo o atendimento. Atentem que não é uma agência dos Correios. CDD é tipo um entreposto. Não esperem guichês ou cadeiras para espera. Pra mim, nessa primeira experiência e para essa situação específica, nada a reclamar.
I had to withdraw an order today that returned to this CDD, and the service was very smooth. Please note that it is not a post office. CDD is like a warehouse. Don't expect booths or waiting chairs. For me, in this first experience and for this specific situation, nothing to complain about.
