O número de telefone está correto, mas é importante ligar em horário de funcionamento.
The service is great. The guy who attended me was super polite, removed my doubts, my order was really there (it was still on time), I wanted it urgently kkk I called in the morning, and in the afternoon it arrived.
The phone number is correct, but it is important to call during business hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu sonho é ver essa empresa privatizada e vcs funcionários mal agradecidos todos desempregados. Já tive encomenda roubada, avariada, que ultrapassou o prazo de entrega e etc. sempre que tento entrar em contato são raras as vezes que eles atendem o telefone ou então tiram do gancho para dar ocupado. Empresa mais lixo que existe nesse país.
My dream is to see this company privatized and you ungrateful employees all unemployed. I've had an order stolen, damaged, overdue for delivery, etc. whenever I try to get in touch, it's rare that they answer the phone or take it off the hook to get busy. Most garbage company in this country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Com relação aos funcionários eu só tenho que agradecer pelas vezes que me ajudaram e entregaram com cortesia, minha queixa é apenas com a lojistica que as vezes demora um pouco, mas no geral estou bastante satisfeita já fiz inúmeras compras e nunca tive pacote perdido ou com avarias.
Regarding the employees, I just have to thank them for the times they helped me and they delivered with courtesy, my complaint is only with the store that sometimes takes a while, but overall I'm quite satisfied I've made numerous purchases and I've never had a package lost or with malfunctions.
