★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de informação não tem nenhuma informação referente a fila do Tanque ser la trás, todos estavam na fila única até chegar na minha vez e me direcionarem para outra fila la nos fundos se eu soubesse que cargas para tanque era nos fundos já tinha ido.
Sem contar que está é a segunda vez que meu produto consta como enviado e não recebo no endereço informado absurdo. Hoje com a tecnologia para ajudar estão muito atrasados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior agência, funcionários nada educados. Cumprem apenas horário pq atendimento não existe. Começam atender as 13h e a fila é absurda de grande. Nada funciona. É a pior em todos os requisitos.
Worst agency, uneducated staff. They only meet hours because there is no service. They start at 1 pm and the queue is absurdly long. Nothing works. It is the worst in all requirements.

Além do mais o Mercado livre deveria fazer parceria com outras transportadoras e deixar a nossa escolha. Nota Zero para os Correios e nota 3 para o ML. Por isso é por outras pessoas que o Brasil não alavanca. Pagamos pelo serviço de Sedex rápido e temos que ir buscar e sem ressarcimento

Agente chega 10h na agência pra retirar uma encomenda e a atendende fala que só pode retirar apartir de 13h . Tá no rastreio que a encomenda tá lá. agente se deslocar perde tempo e chega na hora de retirar precisa aguardar a boa vontade da agenda . O horário da agência é de 8h as 17 para todos os serviços .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O horário de atendimento do 2° andar deveria se estender, horário comercial de 8:00 às 17:00, têm pessoas que não podem comparecer no horário da tarde(13:00 as 16:30) e acabam devolvendo as encomendas
