★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperei ontem por uma encomenda que eu nem sabia se ia chegar pois não atualizaram que saiu pra entrega (era Sedex então deveria ter sido entregue ontem), quando entrei no aplicativo de rastreamento hoje, encontro uma notificação de "CARTEIRO NÃO ATENDIDO". Vê se pode? Eles nem trabalham direito no que deveriam fazer e ainda vem com essas mentiras que prejudicam a gente, pois a encomenda pode acabar voltando ao remetente. HORRÍVEL! ESPERO QUE HOJE EU A RECEBA!
 I waited yesterday for an order that I didn't even know was going to arrive because they didn't update that it went out for delivery (it was Sedex so it should have been delivered yesterday), when I went into the tracking app today, I find a "POSTMAN NOT ATTENDED" notification. See if you can? They don't even work properly on what they should do and still come up with these lies that harm us, because the order can end up going back to the sender. HORRIBLE! I HOPE THAT I RECEIVE IT TODAY!

I had the same experience as many here! They don't deliver and put in the Unattended Postman update. An absurdity and disrespect to the population.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperei a entrega o dia todo, pois no site e por SMS informaram que o carteiro havia saído para realizar a entrega, tamanha foi a minha surpresa quando as 19h recebi a notificação de que o carteiro não foi atendido, sendo que moro na avenida (ou seja, não há problemas de periculosidade e o carteiro tem fácil acesso), a campainha não foi tocada e, ao olhar as imagens das câmeras, o carteiro sequer passou próximo ao endereço.
I waited for delivery all day, because on the website and via SMS they informed that the postman had gone out to deliver, such was my surprise when at 19:00 I received the notification that the postman was not attended, since I live on the avenue (or that is, there are no hazards and the postman has easy access), the bell was not rung and, when looking at the images from the cameras, the postman did not even pass close to the address.

Quando fui reclamar que não recebi, o documento, espontaneamente falou, eu coloquei na caixinha de correio, sendo que a casa não tem a mesma, simplesmente jogou minha CNH no chão e saiu andando. Agora tenho que me virar pra encontrar e resolver esse BO.?
Bad service postman considered my correspondence unimportant.
When I went to complain that I didn't receive it, the document spontaneously said, I put it in the mailbox, since the house doesn't have the same one, I just threw my driver's license on the floor and walked away. Now I have to turn around to find and solve this BO.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi para entregarem na loja no shop e sempre dizem q não tem número, e não manda nada para retira o pacote no correio e já enviam de volta ao remetente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento!!! Entregaram meu pedido pra outra pessoa, não pediram menino nome nem o cpf, e agora não sei onde foi parar meu guarda roupa! Muita falta de atenção!
Terrible attendance!!! They delivered my order to someone else, they didn't ask for a boy's name or cpf, and now I don't know where my wardrobe ended up! A lot of lack of attention!

Feito um Pateta esperando o dia inteiro e qdo olho no rastreio, Carteiro não atendido .
Obs : Eu esperando o dia inteiro.
As reclamações são as mesmas,pq ninguém responde ou melhora o atendimento.......
Fui atendido ao telefone pela funcionária Gleide ou Glaice ,para ela dou 5 estrelas ,mas hj né. O telefone inf• atende ........Pqp!
Depois pedem para a população não apoiar a PRIVATIZAÇÃO. né
Sou mais um apenas reclamando de algo simples ...........RESPEITO AO CONSUMIDOR !

I was answered on the phone by the employee Gleide or Glaice, for her I give 5 stars, but hj right. The phone inf• answers .......Pqp!
Then they ask the population not to support PRIVATIZATION. huh
