Sinal horrível no final de 2019 até os dias atuais.
Sou cliente desde início de 2018 e nunca tinha dado problema mas quando deu, problemas técnicos da própria empresa, não souberam manter o cliente, pois não deram nenhuma importância

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior internet e atendimento péssimo. Tem 10 dias que tento contato e até momento nenhuma solução para o meu problema. Hoje liguei 21 vezes e outro dia 42 vezes e nenhuma eles atenderam o telefone. Fiz uma ordem de serviço e a empresa não veio resolver.
Worst internet and terrible service. Have 10 days to try to contact and until now no solution to my problem. Today I called 21 times and 42 times the other day and no they attended the phone. I placed a service order and the company did not come to resolve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cumpre com o que é oferecido, Abre OS de atendimento mais não vai na casa do Cliente no dia que é combinado. Pois se vc está sem internet no Sábado. Garanto que só te dão retorno na Segunda. Assim espero.
It does not comply with what is offered, Opens OS for attendance but does not go to the Client's house on the day that is agreed. Because if you have no internet on Saturday. I guarantee you will only get back on Monday. I hope so.
