Fiz um exame nesta mesma clínica, uma tomografia computadorizada sem contraste, que meu outro médico teria pedido, falei com a equipe para que me entrega-se o mais rápido possível, paguei uma pessoa para trazer, a clínica só forneceu o laudo, não entregou as imagens.
Pois disseram ao motorista que as imagens do meu exame já teriam sido entregues.
Mas no caso recebi só o laudo.
Indignada com tamanho problema!
E espero realmente que se resolva minha situação!

I did an exam in this same clinic, a CT scan without contrast, which my other doctor would have asked for, I spoke with the team so that he can deliver me as soon as possible, I paid a person to bring it, the clinic only provided the report, did not deliver the images.
Because they told the driver that the images from my exam would have already been delivered.
But in this case, I received only the report.
Outraged by such a problem!
And I really hope that my situation will be resolved!
