The place greatly facilitated the consultations, but it is terrible in attending to the exams. When I needed it, I was waiting for 1 hour to be called, a total disrespect.

I managed to be consulted by the dermatologist and the orthopedic and still have the exam I need within 1 hour and 40 min! Almost unbelievable!

Meus dedos adormeceram de tanto esperar ouvindo dicas de saĂșde preventiva atravĂ©s de uma ligação. Em uma das ligaçÔes cheguei a ser atendida, mas a atendente me jogou na espera e uma gravação ficou pedindo para eu avaliaro serviço!!! Como assim?
What good is a beautiful building if the telephone service is worse than the INSS? I tried to schedule exams for my husband and I've called 3 times. My fingers went numb from waiting for preventive health tips over a phone call. In one of the calls I was answered, but the attendant put me on hold and a recording kept asking me to evaluate the service!!! Like this?
