★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento da secretaria é péssimo! Você chega pra pedir informações, eles vem com uma grosseria sem fim. O telefone nem precisa tentar, só chama e ninguém atende! Tô querendo saber como faço pra pedir o RioCard do meu filho e se eu não for até lá, não vai sair tão cedo. Se alguém precisa dar recado urgente pra alunos, melhor ligar no celular do aluno mesmo, pq se depender da secretaria vc morre!
Secretary service is terrible! You arrive to ask for information, they come with endless rudeness. The phone doesn't even have to try, it just calls and no one answers! I want to know how I can order my son's RioCard and if I don't go there, it won't be out anytime soon. If someone needs to give an urgent message to students, better call the student's cell phone, because if it depends on the secretary you die!
