★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negativa, meu pai chegou antes das 8 da manhã no estabelecimento, tinha somente duas pessoas com ele. Tirou senha 7:55, foi chamado para fazer fichas 8:40. A recepcionista disse que não tinha ninguém na fila do RX. Agora são 8:53. Ele ainda não foi atendido. Descaso com o paciente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só volto em casos de extrema emergência. Estabelecimento com atendimento caótico, pouco caso por parte das recepcionistas e falta de organização. Aos que pretendem utilizar dos serviços dispostos, considerem "comum" permanecer cerca de 3 ~ 6h aguardando atendimento. Não pensem também que estarão livres de demasiado descaso por possuírem convênio; Pois de maneira alguma há afabilidade para com os clientes.
I only come back in cases of extreme emergency. Establishment with chaotic service, little case by the receptionists and lack of organization. For those who intend to use the services available, consider it "common" to stay about 3 ~ 6h waiting for assistance. Estou aqui hoje para contar pra vocês uma experiência nada satisfatória que tive hoje na CEAD do centro de Itabira. Na quarta feira 11/08/2021 agendei uma consulta pelo WhatsApp da clínica no intuito de controlar minha ansiedade e transtornos causados pela depressão que carrego comigo faz um tempo,agendei para 19:00 com a Danielle.
Sai do serviço e desci direto pro centro,porque indo em casa e depois descer pro local da consulta seria desgastante é muito corrido. Chegando na clínica aguardei por 1 hora para chegar até o guichê para fazer a minha fica,daí veio a falta de respeito,profissionalismo e desorganização da empresa, a atendente me disse que minha consulta não estava agendada e que eu deveria ter me confundido,rapidamente tirei o meu telefone do bolso e apresente a ela o agendamento da consulta,ela me olhou e disse que a psicóloga da CEAD não iria atender na clínica devido a um workshop que deveriam ter feito confusão ao agendar a minha consulta.
No momento fiquei extremamente nervoso e chateado demais com a situação e exigi apenas uma declaração de comparecimento a clínica onde fui e não consegui atendimento,a mesma ficou insistindo que eu consultasse com outro profissional daqui a uma semana como se o que eu estou sentindo não fizesse diferença e pudesse esperar o tempo que a desordem e pouco caso da CEAD precisasse.
Deixo aqui a minha indignação com a CEAD e o que vocês fizeram comigo,que não se repita,muitas pessoas hoje estão passando por momentos difíceis e procurando a ajuda de profissionais adequados para tratamento assim como eu, e sinceramente passar por uma dessa após uma semana guardando coisas ruins para aliviar na hora certa com um profissional e ter uma surpresa dessas não é nada satisfatório.
EU NÃO INDICO A CEAD, alA EMPRESA NÃO TEM COMPROMISSO COM SEUS PACIENTES E NÃO SE IMPORTA COM A SAÚDE E BEM ESTAR PSICOLÓGICO DAS PESSOAS.
Good night guys,
I'm here today to tell you about an unsatisfactory experience I had today at CEAD in the center of Itabira. On Wednesday 11/08/2021 I scheduled an appointment through the clinic's WhatsApp in order to control my anxiety and disorders caused by depression that I have been carrying with me for a while, I scheduled for 19:00 with Danielle.
I left the service and went straight down to the center, because going home and then going down to the consultation site would be exhausting, it's very busy. Arriving at the clinic, I waited for 1 hour to get to the window to make my stay, then came the lack of respect, professionalism and disorganization of the company, the attendant told me that my appointment was not scheduled and that I should have gotten confused, quickly I took my phone out of my pocket and showed her the appointment schedule, she looked at me and said that the CEAD psychologist would not attend the clinic due to a workshop that should have made a mess when scheduling my appointment.
At the time I was extremely nervous and very upset with the situation and I just demanded a declaration of attendance at the clinic where I went and I couldn't get care, it kept insisting that I consult with another professional in a week's time as if what I'm feeling didn't do difference and could wait as long as the disorder and little case of CEAD needed.
I leave here my indignation with CEAD and what you did to me, let it not be repeated, many people today are going through difficult times and looking for help from suitable professionals for treatment like me, and sincerely go through one of these after a week saving up bad stuff to alleviate at the right time with a professional and getting a surprise like that is not satisfying.
I DO NOT INDICATE CEAD, THE COMPANY HAS NO COMMITMENT TO ITS PATIENTS AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE HEALTH AND PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING OF PEOPLE.

Mais o atendimento na recepção é super demorado.
E o horário marcado raramente é o mesmo que se é atendido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior clínica q tem atendimento demorado, dimais ,funcionários mal humorados ,da recepção ao atendimento, o laboratório Silveira agora está na cead, pior ainda o atendimento do laboratório Silveira, umas atendente de nariz em pé, a enfermeira e 3 horas pra tirar um sangue uma demora absurda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência com os serviços prestados pela clínica. Hoje em dia, é injustificável uma espera de 04 horas para a realização de um exame. Qual a dificuldade de se estabelecer uma agenda? Isto é uma total falta de respeito com o cliente. Clínicas muito menores e com menos recursos prestam um serviço com mais excelência.
