O técnico, com muita honestidade, indicou que problema era mínimo, não se aproveitando da minha desinformação sobre o tema.
I was in this company on the recommendation of a friend and he was right about the service and reliability. First, the attendant made it possible for me to contact the technician directly, leading me to his desk, then they weren't even insistent that I buy a part at the store.
