★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horroroso e demorado, fui agendado pra 9:30hs e continuo aqui nesse exato momento as 13:15, falta de compromisso total com o paciente.
Horrible and time-consuming care, I was scheduled for 9:30 am and I'm still here right now at 1:15 pm, lack of total commitment to the patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como foi minha experiência? Péssima! Achei um desrespeito com o paciente em ter que refazer o exame por um erro da atendente. A médica solicitou o exame com algumas observações, porém ao passar o pedido para a guia do plano não levaram em consideração. Tive que ligar várias vezes para verificar o que houve. Não me deram nenhum pedido de desculpas. Uma lástima!
How was my experience? Awful! I found it disrespectful to the patient to have to redo the exam due to an error by the attendant. The doctor requested the exam with some observations, but when passing the request to the plan guide, they did not take it into account. I had to call several times to check what happened. They didn't give me any apologies. A pity!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horas eternas de espera. Médicos celebridades trilhardários, só atendem com encaixes e te jogam na beira do fim do mês, despreocupados com as leis do código de defesa do consumidor. Paciente tem que ter sorte e ser agradecido se for atendido. Aproveite e marque consulta com ortopedista depois, pois vai precisar, sua coluna virará um bagaço de tanto ficar sentado naquela cadeira estreita e desconfortável, olhando para os atendentes mau humorados.
Eternal hours of waiting. Celebrity physicians, thieves, only serve with fittings and throw you on the edge of the end of the month, unconcerned with the laws of the consumer protection code. Patient has to be lucky and be grateful if he is attended to. Take the opportunity and book an appointment with an orthopedist later, because you will need it, your spine will become a bag of sitting in that narrow and uncomfortable chair, looking at the grumpy attendants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tudo correu muito bem até chegar a etapa do envio de material para o laboratório. Demoraram dias para fazê-lo e, segundo o próprio laboratório (Eliel Figueiredo), não mandaram com pedido de urgência conforme haviam se comprometido. Por fim, em meio a várias reclamações, recebemos um laudo de biopsia inconclusivo, que mais pareceu qualquer coisa escrita para apressar a entrega. Muito insatisfeita. Não recomendo.
Everything went very well until the stage of sending material to the laboratory. It took days to do it and, according to the laboratory itself (Eliel Figueiredo), they did not send it with an urgent request as they had committed. Finally, amidst several complaints, we received an inconclusive biopsy report, which looked more like something written to hasten delivery. Very dissatisfied. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica até tem a estrutura mto boa, mas se vc marcar uma hora, venha com mta calma, pois atrasam horrores, meu marido chegou meia hora antes do marcado, passou 1 hora do horário marcado e ainda estamos aguardando.
E tbm não pode vc chegar atrasado, pois uma paciente q chegou 40 min atrasada foi impedida de fazer o exame dela.
Engraçado, né?!
Enfim, se prepare pra ser desrespeito, fazer um preparo de exame rigoroso, e chegar aqui e ficar esperando horas pra ser atendido!
