★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento não foi bom desde a marcação até o dia do exame. Atendentes confusos, pouco eficientes. Na data do exame agendado, após uma espera de 40 min o atendente me informou que ainda iria atrasar mais 1h 20min. Achei uma falta de respeito eles não honrarem o horário agendado e ainda me deixarem 40 min esperando antes de me informarem que iria atrasar tanto. Não recomendo! Procure outra unidade ou outro Centro de Imagem.
The service was not good from the appointment until the day of the exam. Confused, inefficient attendants. On the date of the scheduled exam, after waiting for 40 min, the attendant informed me that he would still be delaying another 1h 20min. I found it disrespectful that they did not honor the scheduled time and still left me 40 minutes waiting before informing me that I would be so late. I do not recommend! Look for another unit or another Image Center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinica muito ruim. Agendam o exame e ficam ligando pedindo para chegar mais cedo. Mas eles mesmo não se preocupam com o paciente. Fui de muletas para chegar lá e nao ser atendida porque o ar condicionado nao funcionou. Eles estabelem cotas diarias para marcação de planos de saúde.
Very bad clinic. Schedule the exam and keep calling asking to arrive earlier. But they themselves don't care about the patient. I went on crutches to get there and not be attended because the air conditioning did not work. They establish daily quotas for booking health plans.

Está localizada na torre leste, quarto andar do Hospital Monte Sinai. Existe estacionamento pago abaixo no próprio prédio, R$ 8,00 a hora, seguro, coberto.
Atendimento de qualidade.
Quiet, clean comfortable environment. Polite, committed and attentive staff. Upon arrival you must access a totem on the left to generate the password. It is located in the east tower, fourth floor of Hospital Monte Sinai. There is paid parking below the building itself, R $ 8.00 per hour, secure, covered.

Fizemos inúmeras tentativas de contato, fomos orientados pelo atendente a procurar a Natália no número 35124669 e ninguém atende nesse número. Voltamos a ligação para a central e o atendente informou que ela estava em horario de almoço até as 15,:30h. Agora são 15:52 e continuamos sem conseguir atendimento
We are trying to contact the unit of the Medical Center, in order to know the possibility of getting a result of a cardiac MRI performed there. We made countless attempts at contact, we were instructed by the attendant to look for Natália at number 35124669 and no one answers that number. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aparelho de ressonância magnética muito pequeno, deixando pouco espaço para a realização do exame. Laudo não foi disponibilizado na internet. Com mais de 20 dias de atraso, não atenderam telefone para atualizar sobre a emissão. Tive que voltar presencialmente para que me informassem que houve um erro de sistema.
MRI machine too small, leaving little space for the exam. Report was not made available on the internet. With more than 20 days of delay, they did not answer the phone to update on the issue. I had to go back in person to be informed that there was a system error.
