Isso é propaganda enganosa e eu já estou acionando a defensoria pública.
Por danos morais e estelionato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está fazendo praticamente 1 ano que espero meu certificado! Primeiro me falaram que o prazo seria de 90 a 120 dias! Esperei e nada! Depois a desculpa foi a pandemia! No último contato que fiz falaram que meu certificado havia chegado e me deram um prazo de 40 dias e já fazem dois meses isso! Telefone ninguém atende ! Mensagens pelo Whatsapp visualizam e não respondem! Estarei abrindo um B.O e vou acionar a justiça ! Não recomendo a ninguém!
