Awful. All orders that arrive at this headquarters do not go out for delivery quickly. To make matters worse, their phone no longer works. Absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, pior impossível. Tratam a gente com descaso, pagamos sedex pra chegar o mais rapido possivel, e eles simplesmente estocam o produto lá e fazem entrega como se fosse produto internacional, demorando até 10 dias pra sair pra entrega.
Terrible, worse impossible. They treat us with indifference, we pay Fedex to arrive as soon as possible, and they simply store the product there and deliver it as if it were an international product, taking up to 10 days to go out for delivery.

Should privatize! Bad service, they return the order saying that the postman was not answered without even going to the place !!! Government agency is all like that !;; Nobody deserve!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço péssimo, dia 4/2 saiu para entregar, não veio e colocou carteiro não atendido sendo q o endereço é comercial e funciona 24h. Até hoje 11/02 não entregaram minha encomenda, não temos a quem recorrer. Tem mesmo q privatizar pra ver se melhora.
Terrible service, on 4/2 he left to deliver, he didn't come and put an unattended postman since the address is business and works 24 hours. Until today 11/02 they have not delivered my order, we have no one to turn to. You really have to privatize it to see if it improves.
