Liguei e após várias tentativas consegui que atendessem. Atendente marcou a data da primeira consulta, mas aí eu perguntei se não precisaria de autorização prévia. Só então ela pediu foto do encaminhamento por WhatsApp. Oito dias depois não tinham nem visualizado a mensagem e muito menos feito alguma solicitação. Liguei perguntando e só solicitaram 3 dias depois. Hoje, vendo as avaliações aqui agradeço por não terem solicitado. Realmente parece horrível.
I called and after several attempts I got them to answer. Attendant set the date for the first appointment, but then I asked if I would not need prior authorization. Only then did she ask for a photo of the referral via WhatsApp. Eight days later they hadn't even seen the message, much less made any requests. I called asking and they only asked for it 3 days later. Today, seeing the reviews here, thank you for not having asked. It really looks awful.

A administração do centro está cada dia pior. A recepção é insuficiente para receber os clientes, gerando sempre atrasos pare início das consulta e comprometendo totalmente o atendimento. Sugiro fortemente que busquem outra opção para tratamento, se não quiserem ter dor de cabeça

Péssima experiência com o atendimento telefônico. Depois de múltiplas tentativas sem sucesso a recepção atende com tom de voz grosseiro e manda ligar novamente após outra data por motivo de reorganização de agendar. Informação repassada até de modo grosseiro. Com um tanto de pressa. Precisam rever e readequar atendimento ao público.
Bad experience with phone service. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, reception answers with a rude tone of voice and calls again after another date due to scheduling reorganization. Information passed on even in a rude way. In a bit of a hurry. They need to review and readjust public service.

Achei que as profissionais e a clínica precisavam investir numa padronização de uniforme e melhorar a aparência/aspecto no que se refere aos jalecos e as profissionais, melhorar a organização. Parece bobagem, mas é muito importante e claro, que a qualidade dos profissionais também. Esperamos bastante para ser atendida, o espaço físico da recepção é muito ruim. A nutricionista estava no lugar da que estava de férias, mas disse que iria mandar a dieta da minha filha e até hoje não mandou. Poderia investir na qualidade das profissionais e melhor gestão.

Péssimo, sem condições agendei consulta e qdo cheguei, um “problema” no sistema não havia agendado minha consulta, achei mesmo que era desculpa p profissional n atender ou talvez ela nem estivesse na clínica. Descaso total!! Não recomendo.
Terrible, without conditions I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived, a "problem" in the system had not scheduled my appointment, I really thought it was an excuse for the professional not to attend or maybe she wasn't even at the clinic. Total neglect!! I do not recommend.

Nas terças feira o meu filho tem consulta ás 13 horas porém hoje no dia 8/03/22 ficamos esperando a profissional e nada dela aparecer já era 13:15 quando fui perguntar a recepcionista ela disse que não sabia informa a respeito das profissionais aí eu perguntei tem alguém responsável que eu possa falar ela informou que não. Gente eu fiquei bastante irado com a resposta realmente não tem ninguém que VC posso resolver essas questões é como se fosse sem dono estou insatisfeito muito insatisfeito não índico essa clínica pra ninguém.
On Tuesdays my son has an appointment at 1 pm, but today on 03/8/22 we were waiting for the professional and she didn't show up, it was already 1:15 pm when I went to ask the receptionist she said she didn't know inform about the professionals there I asked is there someone responsible that I can talk to, she said no. Guys, I was very angry with the answer, there really is no one that you can solve these questions, it's like it has no owner. I'm dissatisfied, very dissatisfied, I don't recommend this clinic to anyone.

O psicológico falta e não entram em contato pra avisar. Dei mais de 2 viagens perdidas e deram desculpa que anotaram meu número errado. Isso eu tendo passado o número correto quando aconteceu pela 1a vez. Deram um termo para minha filha que é de menor assinar e eu não tomei ciência disso. Tiraram ela da lista de paciente sem me avisar alegando que ela faltou mais de 1x em 1 mês e que isso tem no termo do qual não fui eu que assinei. Inclusive eu avisei por whapp sobre a falta dela e disse que ela não estava se sentindo bem, perguntaram se era a 1a falta e eu disse que não sabia e não falaram mais nada. Cheguei com minha filha para ela ir a psicóloga e disseram que teria que marcar para outro dia, pois havia sido retirada da lista. Expliquei tudo que aconteceu e queriam comprovação da falta já que aleguei que ela não estava se sentindo bem, mas não foi o caso dela ir ao hospital. E independente não fui eu que assinei o termo e lá não consta que precisa comprovar falta para que a mesma seja retirada. Atendimendo no whapp é péssimo, demoram horrores para retornar. Enfim... indico procurarem outro local.
The psychological is missing and they don't get in touch to let you know. I gave more than 2 missed trips and they apologized that they wrote down my number wrong. This I having passed the correct number when it happened for the 1st time. They gave a term for my daughter who is a minor to sign and I was not aware of it. They took her off the patient list without notifying me, claiming that she was absent more than 1x in 1 month and that this is in the term of which I was not the one who signed it. I even warned her by whapp about her absence and said she wasn't feeling well, they asked if it was the 1st absence and I said I didn't know and they didn't say anything else. I arrived with my daughter for her to go to the psychologist and they said that I would have to make an appointment for another day, as it had been removed from the list. I explained everything that happened and they wanted proof of the absence since I claimed that she was not feeling well, but it was not the case that she went to the hospital. And regardless, I was not the one who signed the term and there is no mention that you need to prove absence for it to be withdrawn. Attending on whapp is terrible, they take horrors to return. Anyway... I recommend looking elsewhere.
