Não conseguem dar continuidade a um mesmo assunto tratado em dias anteriores, e tem que explicar tudo de novo por não lerem o que foi tratado anteriormente. Expliquei umas 4 vezes que meu filho ainda não era matriculado lá, pois ele era de outra creche e pedi transferências para este CEI e ela sempre falando que a vaga dele saiu em outra creche (a que ele já está matriculado) ou que ele não é mais aluno do JD. Das Camélias (nunca nem foi).
E da última vez me falaram que a creche que ele estava está aguardando a matrícula dele, e quando perguntei onde estava escrito isso (pois me mandaram um príncipe do site do eol) não me responderam mais (foi vizualizado).
Entrei em contato para saber se podiam me auxiliar em algo já que eu estava aguardando a vaga desde junho do ano passado, mas a falta de vontade em entender o assunto complica.
The service on WhatsApp is terrible.
They cannot continue the same subject dealt with in previous days, and have to explain everything again because they did not read what was dealt with previously. I explained about 4 times that my son was not enrolled there yet, because he was from another daycare and I asked for transfers to this CEI and she always said that his place was in another daycare (the one he is already enrolled in) or that he is not more JD student. Das Camellias (never was).
And the last time I was told that the daycare he was at is waiting for his enrollment, and when I asked where it was written (because they sent me a prince from the eol website) they didn't answer me anymore (it was visualized).
I got in touch to see if they could help me with something since I was waiting for the vacancy since June last year, but the lack of willingness to understand the subject complicates it.
