★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível. Fiz a prova do Encceja ano passado e tive a infeliz ideia de colocar essa unidade de Belford Roxo como retirada do meu certificado. Simplesmente não atendem o telefone, não existe número de whatsapp e não respondem no e-mail. Isso é muita sacanagem com quem precisa do diploma urgente.
Não existe atendimento neste lugar, não há suporte algum.
Horrible. I took the Encceja test last year and had the unfortunate idea of putting this Belford Roxo unit as a withdrawal from my certificate. They just don't answer the phone, there is no whatsapp number and they don't respond to email. That's a lot of dirty with those who need the diploma urgently.
There is no service at this place, there is no support whatsoever.
