The experience with the secretary is in terrible taste. When we call, needing a document, they say they'll look for it and when the call comes back, the phone goes off the hook.

The service is terrible! They do the work with the greatest disgust, they are rude, ignorant people, the teachers (not all) teachers are very nice, fine people! But the others are grade 0!
