★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito mau organizado, eles marcam 20 pessoas no seu mesmo horário de consulta. Muitos saem do trabalho achando que seria atendido acaba esperarando por quase 3 horas pela consulta.
Achei uma falta de respeito.
Sugestão: que se coloque cada paciente no um horário, com tolerância de 5 minutos de antecedência e 5 minutos de atrasado.
Assim todos chegam no seu horário de consulta.
Very poorly organized, they schedule 20 people at the same appointment time. Many leave work thinking they would be served and end up waiting for almost 3 hours for the consultation.
I found a lack of respect.
Suggestion: that each patient be placed on a schedule, with a tolerance of 5 minutes in advance and 5 minutes late.
So everyone arrives at their appointment time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vocês passaram pela mesma experiência que eu passei, fora o atendimento de clínica veterinária, pois idosos não recebem o digno respeito a gestão mostra sua eficiência na cor do piso e das paredes. Ah! não aceitam pagamento com cartões de débito ou crédito e também não emitem recibo ou nota fiscal para sonegar impostos. Este é o Brasil que nos queremos?
You went through the same experience as I did, apart from attending a veterinary clinic, as the elderly do not receive dignified respect and management shows their efficiency in the color of the floor and walls. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o plano, usei pouco, não gostei do atendimento, coloquei pessoas da família para passar por tratamento psicológico, foi um desastre, ao invés de ajudar só piorou a situação, jamais indico essa psicóloga nem para meu pior inimigo, ela é mais doente do que seus pacientes.
I made the plan I used little, did not like the service, put family members to undergo psychological treatment was a disaster, instead of helping only worsened the situation, never indicate this psychologist or to my worst enemy, she is sicker their patients.
