★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa extremamente ANTIÉTICA. Precisei cancelar a formatura e no contrato está escrito que se cancelado será devolvido metade do valor pago. Porém não vi nenhum centavo até hoje.
Assinar contrato da celebra é se ARREPENDER AMARGAMENTE.
Extremely UNETHICAL company. I had to cancel the graduation and the contract is written that if canceled, half the amount paid will be refunded. But I haven't seen a penny until today.
To sign a contract with the celebration is to REPENT BITTERLY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baile pago quase dois anos atrás, com toda compreensão que passamos por uma pandemia, em um valor por volta de 5 mil reais e quando a empresa divulgou as atrações colando mais 3 horas de show da banda palace e nem se quer levaram em consideração a insatisfação de toda a turma a tempo mudar logo para fazer nosso baile melhor.
Depcionadissima com essa empresa que só me trazia boas referências!!!!!
Ball paid almost two years ago, with all understanding that we went through a pandemic, at a value around 5 thousand reais and when the company released the attractions pasting another 3 hours of concert by the band palace and not even taking into account the dissatisfaction of the whole gang in time to change soon to make our dance better.
Depcionadissima with this company that only brought me good references!!!!!

Até aí tudo bem. Nesse meio tempo eu engravidei e o problema é que marcaram a nova data para formatura em Maio / 22, data de nascimento da minha filha.
Entrei em ctato para pedir ressarcimento do valor pago, simplesmente responderam que não vão devolver e pediram compreensão pq já pagaram o Buffet, ou seja, eu tenho que compreender o lado deles e eles não querem compreender o meu lado.
Um absurdo! Empresa lixo!
I bought an invitation on 12/19 for a party that would be held on 5/20. Due to the pandemic, they canceled.
So far so good. In the meantime I got pregnant and the problem is that they set the new date for graduation in May / 22, my daughter's birth date.
I got in touch to ask for reimbursement of the amount paid, they simply replied that they will not return it and asked for understanding because they already paid for the Buffet, that is, I have to understand their side and they don't want to understand my side.
An absurdity! Garbage company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa de promessas, formatura contratada em 2017 para acontecer o baile em 2020. Devido a pandemia houve atraso no baile e irá acontecer esse ano, até aí tudo bem. Normal devido ao cenário mundial, porém foi prometido nosso baile sem outra turma, adicionaram 5 turmas de outros cursos que nunca vi na vida! Falaram que iríamos decidir o cardápio, está faltando 1 mês pro baile e não foi decidido, e o pior, atração musical. Foi decidido 5h de banda Palace no nosso evento, nada contra os profissionais, porém a banda não é o estilo de música que os formandos gostariam, não perguntaram nossa opinião é apenas foram decidindo. EU NÃO RECOMENDO ESSA EMPRESA PRA NINGUÉM!!
Company of promises, graduation hired in 2017 for the dance to take place in 2020. Due to the pandemic there was a delay in the dance and it will happen this year, so far so good. Normal due to the world scenario, but our dance was promised without another class, they added 5 classes from other courses I've never seen in my life! They said that we would decide the menu, there's 1 month left for the dance and it hasn't been decided, and the worst, musical attraction. It was decided 5h of Palace band at our event, nothing against the professionals, however the band is not the style of music that the trainees would like, they didn't ask our opinion and they were just deciding. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!
