O vendedor me garantiu que o veículo estava 100% novo e nas fotos divulgadas e envidas não aparecia nenhum detalhe. Combinei então com o vendedor de ir até a loja. Sou de Mogi das Cruzes e fui até Americana (400km ida e volta) para ver o veículo. Cheguei lá e logo vi vários detalhes no veículo. O vendedor me garantiu que arrumaria tudo e ficaria perfeito e insistiu e me induziu a assinar. Após assinado ele já não garantiu mais 100%, disse que ficaria bom mas que 100% não dava. Solicitei o cancelamento do contrato.
Mas fiquei com o prejuízo, deixei de atender clientes e perdi um sábado indo até lá, gastei gasolina e não foi pouco considerando o valor que está e gastei com pedágio. Ou seja, mesmo com o contrato cancelado eu fiquei no prejuízo. Nada disso teria acontecido se o vendedor informasse sobre as avarias quando eu entrei em contato e perguntei sobre o veículo, ou até mesmo no próprio anúncio. Então deixo aqui minha reclamação e insatisfação para que quem sabe ninguém mais passe pelo mesmo problema.
I found the car I was looking for on the motors web and contacted the seller. I asked for information and details and got interested. The seller assured me that the vehicle was 100% new and the photos posted and sent didn't show any details. I then arranged with the seller to go to the store. I'm from Mogi das Cruzes and went to Americana (400km round trip) to see the vehicle. I arrived there and soon saw several details in the vehicle. The seller assured me that he would arrange everything and it would be perfect and insisted and induced me to sign. After signing, he no longer guaranteed 100%, he said that it would be fine but that 100% was not enough. I requested the cancellation of the contract.
But I was at a loss, I stopped serving clients and I lost a Saturday going there, I wasted gas and it wasn't little considering the amount that is now and I spent on tolls. That is, even with the contract canceled I was at a loss. None of this would have happened if the seller informed about the damage when I contacted and asked about the vehicle, or even in the advertisement itself. So I leave here my complaint and dissatisfaction so that who knows, no one else will experience the same problem.
