E logo em seguida o proprietário da empresa entrou em contato comigo e solucionou o problema o mais rápido possível e se desculpou e se colocou a disposição p quaisquer dúvidas ou orientações e etc.

Acabou levando 3 horas e me devolveram o celular sem funcionar, sendo que quando entreguei estava ligado normalmente. Falaram que era para eu levar na autorizada.falta muito profissionalismo.
