★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tecnicos de cellular incompetent sem compromisso algum com o cliente te fazem voltar varias vezes e nao solucionan o probema tive duas experiencia negativa da loja na ultima deixei o cel e me fizeram voltar trez vezes e nao resolveram peguei o cel e levei na loja mais proxima e resolveram o probema na hora Nessa loja nunca mais o tecnico Tiago precisa aprender a trabalhar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu filho levou o Cel. Para trocar o microfone, ficaram com celular 24 hrs. Informaram que NÃO garantiam a tela, que poderia se quebrar. Mas depois que abriram o cel.ficar com ele, informaram que a peça em questão havia acabado na loja e eles não conseguiram comprar outra. Devolveram Cel. MAS QUEIMARAM O LED DO FLASH E NÃO ASSUMIRAM !! Sendo que quando foi para loja estava tudo ok. Tiraram o corpo fora, ficaram nos olhando com cara de taxo!! SEM RESPONSABILIDADE, SEM PROFISSIONALISMO!! Não recomendo mesmo. Agora mais um custo no aparelho causado por um " suposta assistência" VERGONHA!!!
My son took Cel. To change the microphone, they had a cell phone 24 hours a day. They informed that they did NOT guarantee the screen, which could break. But after they opened the cell to keep it, they reported that the item in question had run out of shop and they couldn't buy another one. They returned Cel. BUT THEY BURNED THE FLASH LED AND DID NOT TAKE OVER!! When he went to the store everything was ok. They took the body out, they were looking at us with a taxoo face!! NO RESPONSIBILITY, NO PROFESSIONALISM!! I really don't recommend it. Now another cost on the device caused by a "supposed assistance" SHAME!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO LEVE SEU CELULAR AI. Levei um iPhone que tava com poucos problemas logo falaram que vai ficar 900 conto o concerto, preço de um outro. Agora quero pegar meu celular de volta e eles não me devolvem quando vou lá a loja tá fechada ou eles falam que o motoboy não chegou.
Uma hora falaram que ele tá em BH depois falou que foi em Ibirité, vou chamar a polícia para eles só assim pra resolver
