★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei com meu noivo na loja no último dia 07/01 para fazer um orçamento e percorremos até o fundo da loja para encontrar alguém. Havia três vendedores sentados conversando (um deles sem máscara). Quando nos avistaram, um falou para seus colegas "eu não vou atender". Quando perceberam que ouvimos fomos atendidos. O projeto foi feito de forma adequada, mas foi extremamente constrangedor perceber que os vendedores possuem critérios superficiais ou carregam algum tipo de preconceito na hora de escolher quem atende. Buscamos outras opções, afinal de contas há VARIAS OPÇÕES na cidade! Fechamos na You Home da Avenida Pacaembu, a vendedora Letícia é ótima!
I went to the store with my fiancé on the last 7/01 to make a budget and we went to the back of the store to find someone. There were three salesmen sitting talking (one without a mask). When they saw us, one said to his colleagues "I will not answer". When they realized we heard we were taken care of. The project was done properly, but it was extremely embarrassing to realize that the salespeople have superficial criteria or carry some kind of prejudice when choosing who serves. We are looking for other options, after all there are VARIOUS OPTIONS in the city! We closed at You Home on Avenida Pacaembu, the seller Letícia is great!
