★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, demorado, atendentes relapsos, ineficazes que evidenciam a falta de respeito profissionalismo ao deixar clientes esperando enquanto estão mexendo no celular. Sistema vive fora do ar, internet lenta, impressora com problemas. Preenchi a papelada pra estornar o pagamento duplicado de Março para fatura de Abril em 27 de abril, o atendente foi dar entrada da papelada no sistema em 5 de Maio qdo foi gerada a farura de Maio, e por regra da Celpa o estorno e feito pra última fatura em aberto. Por causa do esquecimento do atendente, e da ineficácia da outra atendente em suspender o serviço de corte até o problema ser resolvido por eles, gerou-se um grande transtorno e a energia de casa foi cortada 2 vezes em menos de uma semana.
Lousy, time-consuming service, relapsed, ineffective attendants that show the lack of respect for professionalism when leaving customers waiting while they are touching their cell phones. System lives off the air, slow internet, printer with problems. I filled out the paperwork to reverse the duplicate payment from March to the April invoice on April 27, the attendant checked the paperwork into the system on May 5 when the May lump was generated, and as a rule of Celpa the chargeback is made to last open invoice. Because of the forgetfulness of the attendant, and the ineffectiveness of the other attendant in suspending the cutting service until the problem was solved by them, a great inconvenience was generated and the house power was cut twice in less than a week.
