★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei com recurso em uma multa indevida e não analisaram meu recurso nem colocou suspenso o débito. Você não consegue falar com ninguém pelo telefone. Uma porcaria esse serviço da Celpe.
I appealed an undue fine and they did not analyze my appeal or put the debt on hold. You can't talk to anyone on the phone. Crap this Celpe service.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Disorganized and with no concern for customer service. The management of that location needs to be changed immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha conta está em débito automático, terminou uma ficando em atraso sem que eu percebesse, quando eles vinheram cortar a energia agora não vem nem com código de barra e nem mais com o boleto para pagamento.. dificultando para o cliente. A celpe não surpreende pelo mal atendimento isso já é de lei. uma empresa gananciosa. Que não segue o código do consumidor que é acobertada pelos grandão .Não avisa com antecedência nada só pra cobrar taxa de religação . Falta de respeito ,só está de pé porq é acobertada se existesse concorrente ai ser a primeira a cai!!!
My account is on automatic debit, one ended up being overdue without my realizing it, when they came to cut the power now it doesn't even come with a bar code or even with the payment slip .. making it difficult for the customer. Celpe is not surprised by the poor service this is already law. a greedy company. That does not follow the consumer code that is covered by the big guys. Do not notify in advance anything just to charge the rewiring fee. Lack of respect, it is only standing because it is covered if there was a competitor there to be the first to fall !!!

As 11:30 da manhã de 12:40 foi paga as 03 contas em atraso hoje dia 03/08/2021 não ligaram minha energia já fiz várias ligações para o número 116 e nada um transtorno eu e minha família tá passando por conta dessa empresa irresponsável
Mais tudo bem pela lei a Celpe tem 24 horas para ligar minha energia já faz mais de 72 horas e nada isso vai gerar um belo processo dessa empresa ladrona

At 11:30 in the morning of 12:40 the 03 bills overdue were paid today, 03/08/2021 they didn't turn on my energy I've already made several calls to the number 116 and nothing's a inconvenience my family and I are going through this company irresponsible
But that's okay by law, Celpe has 24 hours to turn on my power for over 72 hours and nothing will generate a beautiful process for this rogue company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo é desorganizo, estou a uma hora sem esperando um atendimento e nada ele desabilitam o painel para não botarmos no PROCOM por descaso no atendimento, o tempo médio de atendimento é de uma hora e meia de espera então quem vier pode vim com tempo
Terrible service is disorganized, I'm an hour without waiting for a service and nothing they disable the panel so we don't put in PROCOM due to negligence in the service, the average service time is an hour and a half, so whoever comes can come with time

Terrible attendance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desorganizado. Atendentes nem saúdam, o atendimento é feito e você sai com o sentimento que nao foi resolvido. A comunicação entre usuario e atendente é quase inexistente, de maneira que fica a dúvida se o serviço foi de fato realizado. Espero não precisar voltar. Precisam rever a qualidade do atendimento e treinar o pessoal para atender de forma minimamente urbanizada.
Unorganized. Attendants don't even greet, the service is done and you leave with the feeling that it was not resolved. Communication between user and attendant is almost non-existent, so there is no doubt as to whether the service was actually performed. I hope I don't have to go back. They need to review the quality of care and train staff to provide care in a minimally urbanized way.
