Sai de angra dos reis para uma consulta hoje, as 8:20 da manhã.
Faltando dois minutos para a consulta recebo uma ligação dizendo que o mesmo teve uma emergencia.
Ué, emergência a dois minutos da consulta? Porque não ligou para informar?
E ainda por cima escuto da MAL EDUCADA da recepcionista, que eu que que procurasse outro profissional, nem ao menos um pedido de desculpas.
Não indico, não tem responsabilidade com as pessoas.
