Ao ir na loja, perguntar se poderiam trocar, já que a garantia que foi me dada era de 30 dias. Fui informado que bateria estufada eles não trocam! Não indico a ninguém essa loja. 80 reais não me deixarão mais pobre, mas a falta de respeito com o código do consumidor está enorme nesse estabelecimento. Comprem nas lojas que fica na rua da feira, em Santa Cruz da Serra. Fica a dica!
I had the misfortune to buy a Samsung cell battery, J1 at the Santa Cruz da Serra store in Duque de Caxias. After 20 days it stopped working and swelled up. When going to the store, ask if they could exchange it, since the guarantee given to me was 30 days. I was informed that swollen batteries they don't change! I don't recommend this store to anyone. 80 reais won't make me poorer, but the lack of respect for the consumer code is huge in this establishment. Buy at the stores located on Rua da Feira, in Santa Cruz da Serra. Here's the tip!
