Sempre fui muito bem atendida, não tenho o que reclamar eles são muito verdadeiros em relação a carregadores se vai ou não carregar meu aparelho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um fone de ouvido na segunda-feira e a vendedora me disse com toda certeza que o fone era original, paguei caro, quando estava na viagem e fui testar o fone ele não estava funcionando. Como eu não moro em campinas, estava na casa dos meus pais e eu já estava na viagem não tinha como voltar. na terça chegando de viagem eu fui em um loja onde vende aparelhos eletrônicos e o vendedor me disse que não era original. Além do produto não ser original, a vendedora ágil de mal fé comigo, me induzindo à comprar esse produto não sendo original e agora, estou com produto que está com defeito e não funciona, sugiro as compradores especial desta loja testar o produto comprado, pois ela fez questão de testar o fone de ouvido da loja para eu não abrir o meu que estava lacrado. Vendedores que não tem capacidade de trabalhar com o publico, não deve trabalhar com atendimentos. Eu só quero meu reembolso.
